2) Make Your Request

Include everything you want in your personalized video from your Waifu. Our team will confirm details with you and your Waifu to ensure we deliver to your expectations. Once our team has confirmed all details with you and your Waifu, you receive your personalized videos within 7 days.

While the turnaround time is typically much quicker, please expect 7 days for any time sensitive needs. If we do not deliver the your video within 7 days you will be credited back the full amount.

3) Download, Keep, and Share Your Videos and Experiences

Login and keep the video just for yourself or share it with your friends and on social media. The video is 100% your to do with whatever you want.

4) Get Bonuses for Future Orders

WAIFUS love connecting with their fans. While they are pretty open to most suggestions, WAIFUS have final say whether they will accept or decline a video. For a list of things that we don't allow, please take a look at our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines and TIPS.

All customized videos created through WAIFU LOVERS belong jointly to the creators (WAIFUS), the platform (WAIFU LOVERS), and the buyer (customer). Each party is permitted to use these videos for personal purposes and promotion on social media. However, the use of these customized videos for commercial purposes requires the written consent of the content creator (WAIFUS).

You can check the status of your WAIFU LOVERS request through the link provided in your confirmation email.

Once you send your request over to a WAIFU, they'll have up to 7 days to fulfill the request.  When the Talent fulfills your request, you'll receive a notification and email with a link to view the completed personalized WAIFU LOVERS video!

WAIFUS have up to 7 days to fulfill WAIFU LOVERS requests.

We really want every customer to receive the WAIFU LOVERS video of their dreams. But WAIFUS can be busy, and they always have the option to accept or decline any request. If your request expires or is declined, feel free to reach out to our team at hello@WAIFULOVERS.com and we'd be more than happy to help you find a new celeb to request.

Sorry to hear that! If your request expired, you can always send a new one over to the WAIFU or send one to a different WAIFU altogether. Depending on how you booked your request, you may receive a refund or credits, or we may release the corresponding hold on your payment method. See our Payment Terms for more details.

If you're just browsing the site, you won't need to create an account. When you're ready to make your first WAIFU LOVERS purchase, you'll need to create an account. All of your WAIFU LOVERSs will be saved to your WAIFU LOVERS account.

It depends on the WAIFU! Each WAIFU has the ability to set their own WAIFU LOVERS price, which you'll see on their profile page.Just keep in mind that different WAIFU LOVERS offerings may have different price points associated so make sure you're checking the price for the type of WAIFU LOVERS you want (personal video, DM, live video call, Business WAIFU LOVERS video, etc.).
