After receiving your request, our team will confirm details with you and your WAIFU to ensure we deliver to yourexpectations. Once our team has confirmed all details,youwillreceive your personalized videos within 7 days.

While the turnaround time is typically much quicker, please expect 7 days for any time sensitive needs. If we do not deliver your video within 7 days, you will be credited back the full amount.​

3) Download, Keep, and Share Your Videos and Experiences

Download and keep the video just for yourself or share it with your friends and on social media. The video is yours.

4) Get Rewards for Future Orders

You will get bonuses if you share and tag us on social media, provide a review for your WAIFU, sign up for our newsletter, and become a member. More information can be found on our (-Rewards Page-).

Once your request has been fulfilled, you'll receive an email.  You can download the video and share with your friends and on social media.

WAIFUS love connecting with their fans. While they are pretty open to most suggestions, WAIFUS have final say whether they will accept or decline a video. For a list of things that we don't allow, please take a look at our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines and TIPS.

So long as your request isn't inappropriate or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Community Guidelines or TIP, feel free to get as creative as you'd like with your request! The WAIFUS do have the right to decline any requests at their own discretion, though. Oh, and don't put any links in the request!

WAIFUs will only receive what you'veprovided in your requests.  You canremain completely anonymous if youwant.

If you can help us shoot seasonal promotional videos every quarter (every three months) in the upcoming year (with only 2 hours of work), we will provide the following cooperation:

1. Feature you as one of the special WAIFUs on the WAIFU LOVERS official website homepage.
2. Purchase online advertisements to promote your page.
3. There will be no platform fees deducted in 2025.

We will purchase advertisements to promote you, and in the second year, you will also receive 100% of the income.

Since there is no contract, you are free to do whatever you want.

But if you have a contract with another platform, you need to confirm if you can produce customized videos for other platforms.

All customized videos created through WAIFU LOVERS belong jointly to the creators (WAIFUS), the platform (WAIFU LOVERS), and the buyer (customer). Each party is permitted to use these videos for personal purposes and promotion on social media. However, the use of these customized videos for commercial purposes requires the written consent of the content creator (WAIFUS).
